Our practice focuses on neuropsychological evaluation. We do not provide counseling, psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, neurological consultation, or psychiatric assessment. Tell us who the evaluation is for, why it has been recommended, and how to reach you. It takes a few minutes, and you can stop and resume at any point.

We verify your coverage
Submit your insurance information online, and we can electronically check the benefits your health plan defines for our services.

We collect your referral
We require a letter of medical necessity or an office note from your physician describing the need for a neuropsychological evaluation. This documentation is required to begin the scheduling and insurance review process, even when your health plan does not require prior authorization.

Intake paperwork
For your convenience, intake forms can be sent by secure electronic link so they can be completed before your appointment. If you prefer, paper forms can be completed at your consultation.

Your evaluation
The evaluation begins with a clinical interview with Dr. Barnoski, followed by testing. Most patients spend approximately three to six hours in the office, although the length of the evaluation varies depending on the referral question and individual needs.

Findings and direction
When your evaluation report is complete, you can meet with Dr. Barnoski to review the findings, discuss any diagnoses, and go over recommendations and next steps.
