We evaluate patients for memory, attention, and visual-processing difficulties. It would be a poor practice that made those same patients struggle to read its website.

This website
What we have done
This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some specific decisions, because they are the ones that matter for our patients:
- Text contrast meets AA. Where the practice's brand grey fell below the required ratio, we darkened it rather than keeping the exact brand value — legibility won.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the moving hero images stop completely. Nothing drifts, fades, or advances.
- Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline, and a skip link lets you jump past the navigation.
- Answers in our FAQ are real page text, so your browser's find-in-page reaches them even when a question is collapsed.
- Form fields have visible labels, not just placeholder text, and errors are described in words rather than by color alone.
- Text can be enlarged with your browser's zoom without content overlapping or being cut off.
- Pages carry proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them structurally.
Where we know we fall short
Accessibility is not a box that gets ticked once. We test this site with keyboard navigation and with automated checks, but we do not claim it is flawless, and automated testing does not catch everything a real person will.
If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we would genuinely like to know — it is the fastest way for us to fix it, and you will not be the only person affected.
